Norbert Rank has been Quality Lead Poultry & Fish for McDonald’s Global Supply Chain & Sustainability at McDonald’s Corporation since 2015. Before that he was European Quality Lead Poultry at McDonald’s Europe from 2006, and a Quality Assurance Manager at McDonald’s Deutschland from 2002. From 1999-2002 he was Department Head Quality Assurance at Wiesenhof Geflügelspezialitäten. Mr. Rank holds a degree in Ecotrophology from TU München-Weihenstephan in Germany.
